My Name is Adv. Aparajitha H. Aiyer. I am a practicing advocate at the Bombay High Court.  I have been in the field of litigation for the past 5.4 years. My area of practice revolves majorly around Civil laws and briefly in criminal laws. I have had exposure in the various courts and tribunals in Mumbai such as the High Court, City Civil, RERA, NCLT tribunal, etc. I have cleared my All India Bar Examination which allows me to practice and represent clients across various states of India, I have completed my BCom from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics (N.M.College) and my LLB from Kishanchand Chellaram Law College (K.C.College). During my college days, I have been part of and even headed committees and represented my college in inter-college events. I have also organized events on a community level as well.  I have also been part of many social causes, as I strongly believe in giving back to society. I am a multi-tasker, hardworking, dedicated, and disciplined. I am also a trained Bharatnatyam dancer so my hobbies involve dancing, listening to music, reading, etc. I am a jovial and a social person so I love talking and meeting new people. Law is not just my profession but also my passion. I believe that knowledge of the law is not something which is limited only to Courts, lawyer, or the Legal fraternity. It is something that each person should aware of, to extent basic laws that govern or affect our day to day lives. And hence, I want my blog to be a source of medium for people to become aware.
